Getting started
What is Postveo?
An end-to-end AI marketing pipeline. Set up your brand once and Postveo plans a month of content, writes the copy in your voice, designs on-brand visuals with your real logo, schedules everything, and publishes it for you — pausing for your approval at each step.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Upload your logo and answer a few quick questions, or point Postveo at your website and it drafts your whole brand profile for you to confirm.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The Free plan needs no card and doesn’t expire.
Do I need any design or marketing skills?
No. The pipeline produces the plan, the copy, and the visuals for you. Your job is to review and approve — and edit anything you’d like to change.
How the product works
Does Postveo actually post for me, or just make drafts?
It posts. Once you approve, posts publish automatically on schedule to your connected accounts. If a post fails, Postveo retries only the failed targets and tells you the outcome — and a live monitor shows the status of every post.
Will anything publish without my approval?
Never. There’s an approval gate at every stage — the calendar, the copy, the visuals, and the schedule. Nothing moves past a gate, and nothing publishes, until you approve it.
Can I edit what the AI produces?
Yes — edit any caption, regenerate any image, or reject anything. AI does the work; you make the call.
Can it plan a whole month at once?
Yes. Postveo builds a marketing calendar of campaigns and post ideas mapped to dates, then generates the copy and visuals for each.
Does it suggest when to post?
Yes. You get best-time suggestions, and scheduling is timezone- and DST-correct, so posts land in your audience’s local time. Performance data feeds back into smarter suggestions over time.
Brand & quality
Will the posts actually look like my brand?
Yes. Your real logo is composited onto every image, your headline is set in your brand font (real typography, not garbled AI text), and your colours and voice carry through the image and the caption. You approve before anything ships.
What image quality do I get?
Standard 2K images on every plan. 4K images are available on Studio and Agency.
Can I make carousels and short videos?
Carousels are available on every paid plan. Short vertical reels — multiple shots with motion, audio, and an optional voiceover — are available for Instagram and Facebook, and can be turned on per brand.
Are captions written in my voice?
Yes — hooks, captions, and hashtags in your brand tone, tailored per platform, with a built-in brand-voice check that flags off-tone copy before you see it.

What happens if a post fails to publish?
Postveo automatically retries the failed targets and notifies you of the outcome. Nothing fails silently.
Can I control which account each brand posts to?
Yes. Connect your accounts once and choose exactly which page or profile each brand publishes to — so a multi-brand workspace never posts to the wrong place.
Credits & billing
How does the credit system work?
Two pools each month. Included images cover the first generation of your post images (your first caption, slide plan, and calendar are included too). A credit wallet covers every regenerate, any image beyond your included batch, and premium extras.
What’s the difference between an included image and a credit?
An included image is a first-time image generation drawn from your plan’s monthly batch. A credit is spent on regenerates, overage images, and extras. Each generate shows exactly how many credits it will use before it runs.
What happens if a generation fails?
You’re auto-refunded. You never pay for our errors.
Is there a free regenerate?
The Free plan includes 1 free regenerate per post. Paid plans charge for every regenerate.
What happens when I run out?
On a paid plan, buy a top-up pack ($9 / $19 / $39) or upgrade. Top-up credits don’t expire while you’re subscribed, and you can opt into auto-top-up so your pipeline never stalls. (Top-ups require a paid plan.)
Do unused images or credits roll over?
Monthly grants — both included images and the monthly credit grant — expire at the end of each billing period. Top-up credits persist while your subscription is active.
How do I pay?
By card. Choose monthly or annual billing.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12 — billed once a year at the lower rate (about 17% off).
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and your credits are topped to the new tier immediately; downgrades apply from your next cycle; you can cancel anytime.

Can I manage more than one brand?
Yes. Postveo is built for multiple brands, each with its own kit and voice. The number of brands scales with your plan (1 on Free/Starter up to 10 on Agency).
Can I invite my team?
Yes — invite teammates with roles and permissions. Seats scale with your plan (1 on Free up to 25 on Agency).
Which plan is right for me?
Free to try the whole pipeline; Starter for a solo brand getting consistent; Growth for growing teams with a few brands; Studio for high-volume output and 4K; Agency for many client brands. See the Pricing page for the full comparison.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Postveo is multi-tenant by design — your brands, accounts, and content are scoped to your workspace.
